The ProcessLab Academy
Beyond Analytics wth Celonis
Confidently deliver end-to-end Intelligent Process Management (IPM) programmes, with Celonis as the key enabler.Â
Developed by practitioners, for practitioners, the Academy is highly practical and grounded in real-world delivery. It focuses on how IPM is actually executed in complex organisations: from aligning stakeholders and working with imperfect data, to driving adoption and real, measurable business value.Â
This is not theoretical training. It is IPM as it is delivered in practice.Â
IPM Practitioner CurriculumÂ
The IPM Practitioner Curriculum is designed for professionals who actively design, analyse, and deliver IPM initiatives.Â
Intelligent Process Management requires a multi-disciplinary skill set, and this curriculum brings those disciplines together in a single, coherent approach, including:Â
- Process engineeringÂ
- Business analysisÂ
- Data science and analyticsÂ
- Consulting and change enablementÂ
Learners are shown how to apply these skills together to move from insight to action — ensuring solutions are adopted and value is realised, not just identified.Â
The programme is a collaboration between ProcessLab and Celonis:Â
- Learners complete the technical, hands-on components through the Celonis Academy, earning the Celonis Technical Expert badge
- The IPM Practitioner Curriculum focuses on applying those technical capabilities within real IPM delivery, using ProcessLab’s proven Delivery FrameworkÂ
As part of the curriculum, learners complete a practical training project, applying IPM end to end in a realistic delivery context.Â
IPM Delivery Professional CurriculumÂ
The IPM Delivery Professional Curriculum is designed for professionals who lead, support, or facilitate IPM initiatives, rather than executing the technical analysis themselves.Â
This programme:Â
- Does not require Celonis Technical Expert certification
- Explains the IPM Delivery Framework in depth
- Enables participants to effectively support IPM programmes as:
- Project or programme leads
- Business partners
- Sponsors or senior stakeholders
Learners gain a clear understanding of how IPM programmes are structured, governed, and delivered — enabling them to guide teams, ask the right questions, and ensure value is realised.Â
Delivery Professionals do not complete a practical project, but instead demonstrate their understanding through a formal assessment (exam).Â
